Thunderstorm

Type: Electric
Ability: Creates a Thunderstorm in the immediate area. While active, all non-electric Pokemon (except those with the ability Lightning Rod) take damage, the accuracy of all Electric moves increase by 25, and all electric type Pokemon's special attack and special defense go up 2 stages. Reduses the effectiveness of Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis to recover 25% of the Pokemon's max HP. Changes Weather Ball to an Electric type move and doubles it's power, and changes Castform to it's Rain Form. Any Pokemon with the ability Lightning Rod takes damage, but any Pokemon that uses a physical attack against it take 10% of their max HP Electric damage (Type resistances affect this, moves such as Light Screen do not) and are instantly Paralyzed. Pokemon with the move Magnet Rise have it instantly activate. Activates the abilities Motor Drive, Plus (movement of electrons with all the lightning strikes), Volt Absorb, Storm Chaser (While Thunderstorm is in affect, this Pokemon's Speed and Evasion increase). The Pokemon ability Storm Warning activates this move at the beginning of combat.
Damage: 10% max HP, 15% if weak to Electric type moves, 5% if resistant.
