Ability: It isn't an attack, it's like teleport, the Pokemon floats away on the breeze by catching a wind in its tuft of fur/hair stuff.
Description: Basically the pokemon is picked up and carried away by a breeze, it is eventually deposited somewhere safer. (hopefully)
Pokemon List: Niseed level 5, Hoppip
Technical Machine: No TM, must be a Niseed or Hoppip to use.

Pretty cool move, I like it. And I think that you should add the Hoppip line of Pokèmon, 'cause their description states that they have to hold onto the ground to keep from floating off. Though, I don't much care either way.
